1. Free Shipping

  • All orders above ₹699 ship free of charge anywhere in India.
  • Orders below ₹699: a small shipping fee applies and is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India at no additional charge.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • COD orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch for most locations.
  • Remote areas or locations served exclusively by India Post may take up to 10 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are indicative. Delays during peak shopping seasons or due to courier disruptions are outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
  • If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving the dispatch email, please contact us — we will raise the issue with the courier.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship via reputed Indian courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. The courier partner assigned to your order is determined automatically based on your delivery pin code and the best available service at the time of dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your package arrives with visible external damage, photograph the outer packaging before opening it. This is required to file a transit damage claim.
  • Report any transit damage to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number and photographs.
  • We will raise a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be attributed to transit and will be treated under the standard returns process.
